    dell inspiron 5100 is a good laptop, but it's HEAVY, so not good for travel.

    dell's with centrino processors like the 600m ar not very heavy, just the ones with p4 processors.

    Yup, just a coupla' pounds or so for the Centrino's... I haven't noticed any troubles with mine so far either, they seem to keep up well.
    Although, don't expect that, what was it? ...$450.99 tag though!

    Yeah i'd go with a dell! the new ones are ok, but i have an older one and its a brick!!

    look at ur sig *feels warm glow*

    The good thing is you can do a few bicep curls inbetween usin' tha brick keep you fit

    did ya know I am also an angel from G's sig , though we haven't been fighting so much crime lately ....
