    Spiceboy:
That TMPGENC.net that guy was talking about is a mpeg encoder that lets you do certain things to a video file. Such as noise reduction, brightening up certain frames, etc. In this case with divx files, you don't need to because they are already high or dvd quality. I use Nero ( www.nero.com ) cd burning software to make my VCD's. Download their software and after you install it and finally run it, choose CD, compile a new CD, other CD formats, then video CD. You then can drag your files to the left side box to be burned. It will then analyze the file and what have you. Diagonally up from the file name will be an icon that looks like a CD on fire-that means that you're ready to burn. Click that and then choose what you want to do-test, test and burn or burn only. I always choose test and burn. That way I don't end up with a wasted CD or "coaster" as some call it. Hope this helps ya!!!!!!!!! Oh, make sure you're not running a bunch of programs or you'll get a "buffer under run error" and you'll have to start again..................

I've never used EOvideo but from what I saw on it's website, you can use this software to convert it to a MPEG format. But you would still need a program like Nero to burn it. If I'm wrong I'm sorry, but that's what I see...........
