    Well I had an Nvidia nx 6600 gt for about a year and a half to 2 years before it just burnt out and stopped working... It was a good card up until that point. lol

    However mine was agp.

    I would say Nvidia, I've always had Nvidia and allways was satisfied. A read some reviews, Nvidia is more popular
