dual screen probelm

i gave my sister my old dell crt, she lardy had a another crt, i got her dual moniters set up cz shes a instant messaging fiend(she has the older version of aim with no tabs) her video card is decent enough to handle dual screen

but no start bar on the secondary screen!

I don't think you are be able to have dual start bars, based on the OS. But I could be wrong.

You cant have two start bars, the second screen is only there for an extension as such, no need for two of em anyway, cause once you have an ap on the other screen and close it, if you open it again it will load on the other screen.
