The death of the original Napster only brought good things, like improved P2P technology and Napster Girl. I can only imagine people finding new, imaginitive ways to share files beyond the jurisdiction of the entertainment industry if Torrents are regulated.

Well, one thing P2P and torrents are good for are aspering musicians. Who wouldn't want their name spread by torrents with the huge audiance? As for bringing improved P2P technology? I disagree. It's the same. A common way for newer sharing is acctually the use of google's ability to find servers. You can find a lot of music that way.
