Unfortunately I can't lift the upload size limit on a user by user basis... But...

If you have a compression program like WinZIP, Power Archiver, WinRAR (etc) you can compress the file and break it into 200kb pieces (called: Multi Disk spanning, Multi-volume or splitting). Then post all the pieces one at a time.

You could also use splitters like Chainsaw 3.5 or WINSPLIT 1.0.8. Both will break it into pieces. I would warn you that if a program has broken a file into pieces that requires a .BAT file to reassemble - before you reassemble the file by running that BAT file on your machine, you'd better trust the hell out of whoever created it.

I would use WinRAR personally, but here are the splitters (WinSplit and Chainsaw), or you can research and download from:
    Chainsaw http://www.softwareseeker.com
    WinSplit http://www.pcworld.com
    .sfv files included.
