    does anyone know of a way to share files between users in a sort of private p2p network?

    me and my friend are looking to swap large files. is there a program that will let just me and him swap files?

    U can use a FTP program. Only u need is your ips and a FTP program

    Yeah, Bullet FTP is pretty good for setting up a server. Then you can just assign him a login and he can drag and drop whatever he wants.
