Hi I am a new member so I hope I have finally found a site that will answer all of my midi questions.
The main question I have right now is this. When reading a floppy that has midi sequence files on it, it takes forever for the drive to read it. Could there be a problem with my drive? The floppy is only 1/2 used.
Thanks for any info

Copy the file to the HDD and then copy it back to a new floppy disk. If it's quicker, then the old disk is suspect - bin it! If it's the same, then suspect the drive itself.
