Earlier this year BlackBerry (previously known as RIM) has unveiled two new smartphones. If you've followed the mobile world during the past few months then you should be aware that I'm referring to the full-touch Z10 and the QWERTY Q10.

The Z10 is already available for purchase in multiple regions, yet the Q10 is still slowly but surely making its way to the finish line. Fortunately, assuming that you reside in Canada then we have some good news for you.

The Q10 has been confirmed by a handful of Canadian carriers before, but now a whole lot of mobile operators and retailers alike have started offering the Q10 up for pre-order.

The first to break the ice was TELUS, opening up its pre-order page for the aforementioned BlackBerry device. The handset comes hand in hand with a $199 price-tag and a 3-year agreement, or you can pre-order the device off-contract at the price of $700. TELUS has also informed its customers that the handset will be shipped starting with April 29th.

After the above mentioned carrier, Future Shop, Rogers, Fido, Best Buy and SaskTel have all started offering the Q10 for pre-order on different terms and prices.

Future Shop requires you to make a $50 deposit in order to pre-order the device and Best Buy requires the same but it also offers a 20% discount for any accessories that you may want to buy. Much like Future Shop and Best Buy, SaskTel also requires a $50 deposit in order for you to be able and place a pre-order, but the carrier hasn't mentioned anything regarding the actual price of the device.

Rogers offers the handset at the price of $199 alongside a 3-year contract and it also delivers an exclusive white model.

Lastly, Bell hasn't really started accepting pre-orders but it has confirmed that customers will be able to pre-purchase the gadget starting with April 19. Price-wise the Q10 at Bell will set you back $199.95 on a 3-year agreement. Alternatively, you'll be able to pre-order the device for the price of $699.95 outright.

As a quick reminder for those of you that might not be familiar with the BlackBerry Q10, the handset packs a 3.1 inch display featuring a resolution of 720 x 720 and a pixel density of 328, a TI OMAP 4470 dual-core processor running at 1.5 GHz, a PowerVR SGX544 graphics chip, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage expandable by up to 64 GB via microSD and a 2,100 mAh battery to keep everything up and running for a decent amount of time (talk time up to 10 hours).

In case you're interested in pre-purchasing the handset in Canada then you can access the aforementioned retailers' and carriers' pre-order pages by clicking on the source links below.
