Samsung ATIV S WP8 announced today

Just announced, the above handset is that of the Samsung ATIV S, aka Samsung Odyssey. The ATIV S is a Windows Phone 8 device that measures in at 137.2 x 70.5 x 8.7mm, which runs on a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and comes with these features: 4.8 inch Super AMOLED HD display, HSPA+ 42Mbps (850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 MHz), NFC, A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, 1GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera with 1080p video recording and LED flash, 1.9MP front-facing camera, 16GB / 32GB of internal memory, MicroSD card support, and a 2,300 mAh battery.

Pricing nor launch date have been mentioned for the Samsung ATIV S WP8 device. The ATIV S is expected to be introduced at the IFA 2012 from tomorrow, Aug. 31 to September 5.
