I'm sure that the VX6100 is compatable with cricket's network (1900mhz i think). So is it possible "if they will attempt to activate it" to use it with full features (picture messaging, text, ect.) on thier network. I read that there is an fcc regualtion saying that basicly they have to let you use your equipment if its compatable with thier network, is this true? Me and my g/f both have verizon phones, mine is on a prepaid right now and hers is de-activated but we love them and she wants to use hers with her existing cricket account and if i can i'd get cricket with mine. Her Phone is a VX6000 btw, so can anyone let me know back? Thanx

yea, they both are. the 6100 and the 6000. and while i'm on the subject of cricket, is there anyway other than calling them to check if a phone is reported stolen (i can provide the esn)? because my cousin brought me a kyocera koi and gave me and i'm really leaning towards it being stolen...

As far as I know....no...unless the ESN is ran through the system, there really isn't any way of knowing if the phone has been reported, lost, stolen, etc.
