kyocera kx2 cricket and activating probs

I bought a phone from some guy at flea market. It was a kyocera kx2 and the provider was cricket wireless. I tried to activate it, and at first they did, then rep said she couldnt cause it was stolen. Chances are I will never c the chump that sold it to me again. But they let me keep phone. Is there any way to save fate and get it activated. I cant exactly throw money away, that is why I was at the flea market in the first place. Any hep would be appreciated. Thanx

Cricket reactivate any phone for 73 bucks/But you right I have had problems with cricket The first time and I keep going back because I dont have to worry about night time and weekend minutes/ Im haveing the same problems
only cricket locked the hold phone up on me and I payed cash for the phone and still havent recieved a rebate for the phone i was suppose to get free.
I you come up with an solution before me Please let me know and I will do the same/
