I just bought a new phone from Cricket and prepaid 1 month of service. By the time I got the phone my old carrier had offered enough incentives to convince me to stay with them.
I did not activate the phone with Cricket. Per their return policy, the one month of service I prepaid is non-refundable. Plus there's a $25 fee to return the phone.
What if I just keep the phone, do not activate it and sell it later (not unlocked) -- can I do that?

I'm not a legal expert, but I can provide some general information. Whether you can sell the phone without activating it or unlocking it would depend on the terms and conditions set by Cricket and any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. It's important to review the terms of service or contact Cricket directly to understand their policies regarding the sale of unused, unactivated devices.
