Email problem

I have an alcatel one touch idol3 thru cricket
All of a sudden when I try to access my e-mail i get the response
Auth failed due to network error
and it says no network connection
Did I turn something off accidentally?

REALLY need the e-mail on my phone

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I was able to correct the problem myself.
Somehow the button under ...more that says mobile networks data enabled had gotten pushed
Went to settings then found...other then clicked and found Mobile networks
activated that field and all is okay

Hopefully if someone else experiences a problem like this they will see this post and it will help them
