Questions about Danger Sidekick 2

Hello, I'm newbie here and extremely happy, seems to be a friendly n' helpful place. Anyway, I live in Athens-Greece (we use GSM 900) and I'm interested in buying via. internet (because it is unknown over here) a Danger sidekick 2.

Could you tell me please if this is possible? Do I've to buy an unlocked phone? Is it only T-Mobile? (Here we've only Vodafone, Cosmote & TIM providers - and not T-Mobile or Cellular)

PS: Next year I'll go abroad to UK for studies, does it works both in Greece n' UK (Scotland)?
