What are the setting for extending the ringing time before the automated
answering takes over?
(Also what is the auto answer ing phone number?)
(I think I saw the setup - but it requires the phone number to transfer to
- for auto-answering/...)
Thanks

You don't say what phone you are using, but if it is a V400 then I too would
like to hear solution for this problem.

Without knowing what phone and what type (tdma or gsm) that's going to
be a little hard to say for sure.
For GSM phones browse down in this site:
http://www.arcx.com/sites/GsmFeatures.htm
There's a way in the forwarding commands to override the default ring
time. Be careful though--I've found that after 4 rings most people hang
up.
For both GSM and TDMA phones you can call your CS rep and they can
change the default on your account -- up to a certain amount of time (I
think the max is 30 seconds).
For TDMA phones with voicemail the auto forward number is your phone
number. For GSM phones there is a different phone number unique to each
area. If it's been deleted off the phone you'll probably have to call
you CS rep to get it.
