    Hi.

I got a T39m today from Ebay. It is pretty cool so far....but it seems that
it is an older one. (Firmware R2S)So iam afraid it will get the no network
bug by time....Are my concerns eligible or does not _every_ phone get this
    bug?
Are there any Lists which phones of the T39m series are likely to break
    down?

    Cheers
    Oliver

    The code is 01W47
    R4A will avoid it?

So you might get the no network bug. Only phones manufactured
after week 50 or 51/2001 are definitely safe. Thus said, I use 2
T39's. One is a younger phone - came as an exchanged after the
first caught the no network bug - the other, although bought
later, is even older than yours, but runs just fine.

No, but R4A is the latest (and best) version; try to have it
    upgraded.

My T39m is quite old (manufactured week 28, 2001) and is equipped with
firmware version R2G, which is older than yours. It doesn't have the
    no network bug.
