On my Nokia's there was a "default" setting to block or send my cellular # on calls.
I can not seem to find a similar "default" setting on the T610. Does one exist?

Nope, you can only block your number before you call someone. So you have to
do that everytime. The other option is to disable it through your service
provider.

yep. disable through provider, then dial *82 (cingular) when you want to
show it for a call.
