P900 with fault

My P900 has come up with a fault. I can't make any call. Instead of my
phone-company (S-TELIA) at the top of the display, it show "ONLY
EMERGENCY CALL".
The SIM-card works fine in another phone. If I take out the SIM-card,
the phone reply "INSERT SIM-CARD". So it seems that the phone accepts
the SIM-CARD but cant connect to my phone company.
Anyone familier whith this kind of fault? I've went to my local
Communication Repair Shop, but they had gone for vacation.

You tried your SIM-card in another phone. Did you try another SIM-card
in your P900?

Yes, sure I did. I switched the SIM-card with another phone. The other
phone works OK, but the P900 respond with the same fault.
