Does anyone know how to make a Cingular SIM will work on a T610?

If you tried it in an unlocked phone and it didn't work it's because
there is no 1900 mhz coverage where you are. Cingular's network is
mainly 850, ATT's 1900. The t610 is a 1900/900/1800 phone.no 850.

(1) Ask the carrier that locked it to unlock it.

(2) Use an independent unlocking service ("Google is your friend")

If he T610 isn't locked, no problem, otherwise the roblem isn't the
Cingular SIM, it is the T610....
