T300 Ringer too faint

Hi,
I have a T300. Even after keeping the ringer volume at highest &
chosing
the High Pitch Tune, I still feel that the ring is rather faint as
compared
to my earlier phone (a Nokia). Is there any way to have a much louder
ring?

I have a T306 that I love but the ringer is faint on mine too my kids T306
sounds great nice and load I am also looking to get it loader but luck so
