XTND Connect PC has deleted all Outlook contacts: pls help! :(

Hello everybody,
I have installed XTND Connect PC, which is provided with Ericsson T39m
mobile phone. I tried to syncronise the T39m's phonebook with Outlook
but after pressing the button ALL my Outlook contacts seems to be gone,
replaced by the one on my mobile phone's phonebook.
If you have any suggestion to recover the Outlook contacts pls help me!

Any contacts deleted or replaced in outlook will be in the "deleted" folder
(in outlook)! You can recover them from there! I hope that you know by now
that you need to backup your contacts locally on the PC before messing
around with any of these phones software!

Hello Sarah,
thank you for your reply.
However Outlook's trash can is the first place where I searced for the
missing contacts. It seems they have been replaced and not deleted.
Yes, I usually have a back copy of my contact but I cannot find the cd
where it was saved.
Do you have other suggestions?
