Reading files / memory P910i

Hi

I have had my P910i for about a week now, I have being trying
out various trial versions of software (as you do) but I have now
noticed that when I uninstall them they are leaving behind some
indication of them. I know if I need to I can read the expanded
memory in a, but how do I read the internal memory. The P910i
come with some basic software to add and remove files but does
not allow me to read everything, is there anyway of doing that?
