Have a look on Howard forums for the software you need.

FFS sort your sig out please. It shouldn't be longer than four lines (36 is
just taking the piss) and should have a valid sig delimiter (dash dash
space).

Use bluetooth
Get a bluetooth dongle for your PC (can be found for as little as $11
bux or so).
Install the software that comes with your dongle (BTW you might want
to disable windows support for it if you've installed SP2, as the
windows support sucks terribly and interferes with your native
drivers.)
Once installed you'll need to use the OBEX PUSH protocal (i.e. drag
your JAD/JAR file onto the OBEX icon). Don't use the 'File Transfer'
protocal for bluetooh as Motorola has disabled it's ability to
transfer java applications in the resale versions of it's phones.
