[K750i] Startup and Shutdown Sounds - Removal

Anyone know how to remove the startup and shutdown sounds on the K750i?

A Google has revealed little and I'm sure it must be simple. Although I'm
beginning to think that the minds of the Sony Ericsson developers are too
highly-trained to think of the simple things that people might want to do
with their phones.

When I am trying to synchronize my P910, the program simply freezes...
I have a lot of contacts (about 2000) and its just with the contacts
when it frezzes. If I tell the program to synchronize just the notes
and the callendar, it finish without prob.

I read I can solve the problem with the nokia pc suite, but I could
not get the program recognize the phone...
Any ideas?
