hey i have a vodafone k700i, and we all know that you can't use mp3's
as ringtones so i used drm packager to code them, but i cant send them
to my phone. i am using a mac and im trying to send by bluetooth.
whenever it finishes on the phone it sais sending failed. but i can
send anything else though without a problem. so whats wrong?

Never had a problem myself. Try different coding settings or name
format. Personally I would (and did) just debrand the phone.

wait, i think i've heard a way but it's about $70.

Just on my way out but have a read of the forums at mobile9.com and
esato.com. Then have a look for davinci team and totalserver. You can do
it for about 5$ if you ask the right people for a credit. That doesn't
include me btw :O)

Yes, but as you're "down under" you'll have to turn the phone upside down
(right way up) before connecting the cable.

ok so i need the T28 Unlocking Serial cable or FTDI USB cable. where
can i buy that?
and also do i really kneed to buy credit. can i get around that
somehow...

i cant be stuffed paying for it. i just wan't to beable to use mp3's as
