    G'day,

I bought a 750i from Tel$tra on a plan and the right-hand soft menu button
has been set to 'Active'. I have read on this NG that this is a SIM function
set by the good folks at Tel$tra.

I have contacted the MobileNet customer service helpdesk and the guy I spoke
to had no idea what I was talking about! He suggested that I contact SE and
tried to transfer me back to the people who had transferred me to him in the
    first place ...

    Two questions follow:

    1. Could someone please confirm that the 'Active' menu key has been set up
    by Tel$tra.
    2. Has anyone had any luck in 'persuading' Tel$tra to return the menu button
to its original function ('MENU', I believe)
    3. Where can I get/mail order a W800 case to replace the slightly scratched
case on the 750i (I like the W800 buttons better - easier to use)

OK ... so there were three questions ... ;o)

I'm in northern Victoria / southern NSW

    Cheers,

    Cam

The W800i and the 750i have different cases to suit the difference in
cameras. How do you propose to get around that?

The hardware of the two phones are exactly the same, so there will be
    no problems.

I can unbrand and unlock your K750i. Can also update software to the
W800i F/W if you want. Turn it into a walkman.

Im in Sydney if your interested.
