recently I upgraded to a T610 from a T68. on my old t68 when i click the wap
icon , I was given the option of using gprs or gsm to connect. this was very
handy as I am on O2 and could make use of free wap access or decide to use
my small amount of gprs data limit.
I can't seem to find a similar ability on the t610. It always defaults
to gprs and only offers the alterate if its not available.
anyony known if this is possible on the T610
many thanks for your time

Yes it is possible. I had the same thought when I upgraded to Vodafone live.
You just have to go to http://www.sonyericsson.com/uk/ then click on "Phone
Configurators", then run through your options. After that on the T610 go to
"connectivity" then "WAP options" and select the WAP profile that has just
been sent to your phone as the one to be used. Hope this helps.
