Was discussing this with an Orange network tech bod yesterday, suggestion
was to obtain the AT command set for the phone, log in & kill the Sim
Application Toolkit.
I understand that once killed it doesnt startup even when you reboot, of
course you can go back in & re-enable it.
I am willing to try it out if anyone can provide me with the command set.

Or more likely with the C++ toolkit, my mistake.
