    When I connect to my laptop to copy files to or from the phone, the phone
    prompts "(machine) is trying to access your data, is this ok?" (something
    towards that effect) and I have to click Yes on the phone all the time. Is
    there any way to disable that? You'd think once you paired the equipment,
    you'd build a trust where that prompt isn't necessary.

    If you pair the two bluetooth devices, you won't get that message.

    Call me crazy, but I don't see an option to pair devices on the T616. I
    know I had it on the T68, but don't see it here.

    Er, try Menu->Connectivity->Bluetooth->My Devices->New device

    That's it on the T610 anyway.
