    Hi ya,

looking to buy either the P800 or T610 in the next few weeks

    couple of questions needing answered

    1. What's the quality of the pics taken on the P800 as there doesn't seem to
be as many colours as the T610?

    2. How do you find carrying it around as it's not a small as the T68i which
    i already have ?

    3. Can you still have predictive text input on the P800 or doing you have to
    use the stylus ?

    4. Any other things i should know before buying it (PRO'S and CON'S)

    cheers

    nickster

That's the display -- the number of colors taken by the camera is the same.
The quality of pics taken with the P800 (when viewed on a suitable device) are
similar to other smartphones and dirt cheap digicams: nothing to write home
about, need bright light, but still fun, which is all they're intended to be.
No cameraphone is (yet) a suitable replacement for even a modest digicam.

It's too big for my pocket. I think it would be fine in a good belt holster,
but I still haven't found one outside of the very pricey Sony Ericsson kit.

No predictive text. Use handwriting recognition, which works quite well once
you get used to it, or the on-screen keyboard, which is a bit tedious.

The plastic case is a bit cheesy and funky for such an expensive product.

I think the P800 pretty much represents the state of the art at this point,
but that such products will continue to improve rapidly.

The Nokia 7650 holster works a treat on it, John. Check that out...

Looks pretty good size and style wise, but says "Nokia" on the outside, which
    is a show-stopper for me.

The Krusell case is brilliant and much cheaper than the official ericsson
one. I use one with a belt swivel clip.

With all due respect, hanging the phone upside down is a really dumb idea.
    Still looking.
