    You can get them on Ebay for less than $10. Just search on T300
    cable. The problem with the cable is that you only get speeds of 9600
    baud, so it is really slow. You are better off using the infrared
    port. If your notebook doesn't have infrared, you can buy a
    USB-to-infrared adapter for about $20 on ebay.

    Thanks Shawn. Is the infared port limited too? It would be so much
    simpler is there was a way to plug the phone into the phone jack on the
    notebook and simply dial-up to a provider, we'd have 56k. Oh well, this
    should work.

    My notebook should automatically recognize the phone as an external
    modem on a network or something? No software required?
