Z600 Firmware update

I have a Z600 with firmware R2D001 Asian Latin. Is there anyplace anyone
would recommend that can update my firmware?

I have R2F and it does crash relatively often. I also wish someone had
told me the phone would freeze when getting emails, I switch it off a
couple of times because of this.

I thought R2E004 was still the latest. Where did you get yours updated?

With my R2D001 I can get email without a hitch. I think the only problem
with this firmware is that it's slow in re-acquiring signal after a complete
signal lost. At times after I take it out of my pocket I would have to power
it up and down again before I can get signal.

I got my phone from Carphone Warehouse, did not do anything to the firmware,
planning to though in 10 days' time. I use an SE service center in Piraeus
when I go down there for work.

Regarding the email stuff, I set my phone for automatic pickup every 2
hours. Upon the 1st message download I get a sound, but if I then try and
open my email inbox the phone freezes, until it downloads all emails.
Unfortunately there is no indication as to what it is doing, and it took me
a while to understand the phone was only temporarily unusable.
