T68i ringtones HELP!

Can anyone tell me how to get ringtones onto the T68i from SMS.
Is it possible this way. The User book is useless.

Is it not in the options>insert item>melody ??

Failing that, you would have to use MMS I guess.

Best thing is to simply send from your computer via bluetooth.
