Or T616, T608
The manual is pretty sketchy on the subject, but implies that it can be done
via IR. My data is in Palm format, can be IR'd from Palm or as text (or
Excel file, or ??) from notebook.
Since my notebook is IR-capable, should I buy a bluetooth adapter?

btw - the T610 integrates perfectly with the Toyota Prius. I'm impressed!

No reason to buy a BT adapter unless you just want one. You can transfer the
files over to the phone with IrDA. You'll need to import the data from the
Palm to whatever contact management SW you are using for the phone. You can
export the data from the Palm desktop in CSV format which can be easily
imported to other applications.

The T610 can use contact management SW? What are some options? Or did you
mean the PC's contact management SW, like Outlook?
Thanks!

Re: HELP porting data from Palm to T610
Well, maybe that was an overstatement. What I meant was what SW do you
use to sync the phone with the PC and what applications on the PC do you use
for address information?
I have a SE T68i and it uses XTND Connect to sync with Outlook. There is
also a piece of software called Float's Mobile Agent which has a basic
address book that you can edit and sync with the phone. Other third party
sync tools include Data Pilot and Mobile Master.
Cheers
