    Hi

Can anyone offer some help please!! I've got my R520m to connect with my
laptop via Bluetooth fine, but for the life of me I can't get Outlook to
sync with the phone or vice versa. The phone will send a calendar entry but
it won't appear in Outlook, nor will Outlook sync (with Bluetooth enabled)
all I get is an error message saying that I should check the cable or check
the IR port is not blocked. It looks like the sync software on the laptop is
    not looking for B/tooth.

Can aynoe offer any advice please?

    Thanks

    Martin

Well for starters, what Software would you be using to accomplish all this?.
Clarevoyance isnt big on the newsgroups.
One software i have been using and works great is the Ericsson software off
their site. Works great and is free.

    Hi

I've installed the Ericsson Communication software that came on the CD with
the phone (and installed the software that is part of the package that
supposedly syncs with Outlook XTND Connect for Erisccon). I'm running
Windows XP Pro on a Medion Laptop. The phone works fine with Bluetooth for
dialling up to the next, so I suspect a driver problem or configuration
issue. I've tried disabling my Firewall as well, just in case that was the
problem, but to no avail. I'm just after any tips as to what might be up.

If it's similar to hooking up via USB, you might need to enable the COM port
that you installed the phone monitoring software on. I followed the
instructions supplied with the data cable (USB one), and it worked
perfectly, but there were a few things to do like this.
