How to Donload ringtones to T730

Hi there !! I have a usb cable and the Motorola Mobile Phone tools V1.2, but
do not know how to download ringtones to my phone, do I need another
software?

i had to search the web for PST phone programer and another program called
EMT, had to download a patch or two, fiddle with everything but i finally
was able to make it work and download ringtones and pics.
i have a 720 but it supposedly is very similiar to the 730 as for as this
stuff goes.

You can try looking here, it is for T720s but maybe it will help you out as
I don't think there is a huge difference between the 2.
