V300 Car Charger work with V551?

I was looking for a automobile charger for my V551, and I have seen the
changer that is labeled fro the Moto V300. The connector seems to be
tha same as the connector on hte supplied charger. Is there any
electrical / electronic differences that would cuase a problem with the
phone?

What is the difference, Rod? I've used the same accessories among
several vxxx phones with no problems. They all use the same battery,
cradles and chargers. Note the v3 is different.

The correct one word answer is "No."

I took your "yes" answer to mean, "yes, there are differences that would
cause a problem with the phone."
Apparently, you were answering the unasked question about whether they
are interchangeable.

Well, I got it and it does work. Rod answered the question on the
subject line and silly me asked a different question in the body of the
