2 razr v3 problems

Hi...
I think that my razr v3 have 2 problems:
1st: sometimes, whitout reason, my motorola keypad backlight stops working,
flashing a litle bit or stops at all, i don't know why... is it normal?!
2nd: after write some messagens my razr starts to be so so so so slow that
is almost impossible to write anything... if i wirte fast i can see all word
be typen.. lollol if after turn off and on again it backs to normal...

Any one knows if this is normal? how can i fix it?

NOT normal at all. Sounds like a warranty issue.

the keypad has a light sensor. It will not turn on all the time. It should
work reliably in the dark.
