Your thoughts on the Motorola V500/V525 please

Hi there,

I've been lthinking about getting the V525 flip phone which is available
through Vodafone in the UK - i think the non Vodafone equivalent is the
V500. I was just wondering if anyone out there has either of these two
phones and if so what are your experiences of them so far. I've tried to
find reviews for them on the net but but so far have only found one which to
be fair was very good.

So if anyone could give me some useful info I'd be very grateful.

I have tested the V525 during 2 days and very, very good impressions.
Very good quality of the screen and camera, bluetooth, quadban, gprs,
handsfree integrated, poliphonic and mp3 sounds and very fast and easy menu.

Thanks for that Cesisa. Can I ask you one or two more questions though
please:

When answering a call do you just have to unfold the phone to answr the call
and fold it back up to finish the call or do you have to push a button too

Also what's it like for texting? I've also been thinking about the Samsung
V200 but understand that its SMS system isn't up to much - won't retain new
words when you type them in etc

please:

When answering a call do you just have to unfold the phone to answr the call
and fold it back up to finish the call or do you have to push a button too

I do! I plan to buy the V600 but I'm sure you can help:

1- I think the antenna is horrible for the design and I'd like to replace it
by a smaller like I did with my V50. Does the antenna of the V500 can be
taken off (when you turn it)?

2- Can you save several phone numbers (not email, note or whatever) for a
same contact. I read one could only save one phone number + several infos.

would have less signal and it will need more power to get it, so the battery
would decrease the function time (sorry for my english)
