I created a website on geocities to upload tones and pics then
download them to my Motorola T720. Works fine except for the java
games. When I download a *.jar file the phone says "406: Not
Acceptable". Anyone know what the problem is?

Re: ? 4 Java Software for Motorola T720

I'm trying to add ringtones to my t720 but am having a problem locating the
proper text coding or downloading them to my phone.
Could you offer me some tips on how to go about doing this.

    Thanks
    Wayne

I have tried to create a web site with ringtones and pictures on it.

I have not managed to download anything to the phone. The phone does not
    recognise the files.

How do you create the website that the phone can see?

How do you create the picture files?

    John.

From memory the picture files have to be in GIF format and ringtones in MID
    format

Check out brewbackups.com. Join it & then look in the forums under t720.
They have some pretty dteailed instructions on using software such as GAGIN
    (getting around GIN) & BitPim.
