I bought a used i95cl off ebay says unlocked.... my question is.... my contract with another company is up Valentines Day and I am gonna sign on with Nextel.... Do I have to buy a phone from them or just bring this one in and say I wanna use it and just g
et the SIM card and if so, how much are the SIM cards ? (I am in central FL)

As long as there are no outstanding charges from the former phone
owner and its not reported stolen you should have no problem with
turning the phone on with any of the currently posted plans.

I have 2 friends that did just that within the last year excpet that
they didn't buy the phones from e-bay.

I think the sim runs $35.
