i530 Voice Dial

Someone just told me that you can download Voice Dial on the i530.

I already have the Data Cable, does anyone have a link where to get
the software to activate Voice Dial on the i530?

Be aware that you must have a Data Service plan on your phone to get the
voice dial application. It's available for the i530, for free, but can only
be downloaded thru the phone...hence the need for a data service plan.

Am I missing something, all I see there for the i530A phone is a GPS
upgrade utility. I have an i530B phone, which shows N/A for upgrades.

Is there a place to get voicedial to install using the data cable?
