Anyone else having DC issues in the Michigan area recently? I have been
getting user busy or user unreachable on a regular basis for the last
month or so and its driving me nuts. Seems like the DC connect signal
doesnt drop and even though no one is talking you cant get through.

    Jedi,

I'm guessing you're on the west side of the state. There are some network
issues that are being worked on but are frustrating none the less. I
suggest you call into Customer Care and let them know. Get a ticket number
and post it here and I can look into it and provide an update.

    Cordata,

You can stop the calls by sending an email to [email protected]

Be sure to include the following:

    a.. Your Account Name
    a.. Your Account Number
    a.. Your Account Billing Address
a.. Your Sprint Nextel Phone Number (including area code)
a.. And specify your desire to remove consent

At some point you or someone on your account gave permission to Nextel to
use your account information to make sales calls to you.
