Ok I lost my phone. The phone that I had was an I95. Prior to lossing my
phone I took my I95 to Nextel and told them that the phone was giving me
proplems. So Nextel gave me a re-conditioned I95. They also gave a service
transaction reciept. On the Nextel transaction reciept it lists my model#,
old/new serial#, and the old/new imei#. The paper work is also signed and
dated by me and is on file with the Nextel office in my area.
So what do I have to do to prove that I owned the phone. Signal thinks that
I am trying to pull one on them, but I am not. Mybe I should get the film
from the camera's? Who now mybe that is not enough proof?
Well I guess mybe my only option is to take signal to court!

    Re: Signal Insurance

Signal tried denying a claim of mine for my I95 because I was using my I90
sim card. Luckily, I bought my I95 through Nextel, one of the Nextel
customer service reps called Signal for me and two days later I had my new
    phone.

    Re: Signal Insurance

Does anyone think that I will have luck with a authorized reseller. At the
time when I brought my phone in for service the nextel Corporate store was
closed for 2 weeks due to moving. Nextel Corporate had a local authorized
dealer doing all of the work, due to the move. I just don't see how that is
not proof? I brought in my broken I95 and exchanged it for a new
re-manufactured I95. I recieved a piece of paper work with official nextel
letterhead recording the old and new serial and imei numbers the date and
phone model, ect..ect..ect. I need some pro-advice on what to do.
