Nextel Phones in TV Thoughts

Ever since the commercials involving four celebrities using Nextel
Phones, I should point out that Nextel is trying to spread awareness of
their Direct Connect System throughout the Entertainment World. Feel
free to share your thoughts and how celebrities use Direct Connect as
props on Television Shows. Here are a few "things" that I know of
regarding about Celebs using Nextel Phones as props:

Celebrity Mole Hawaii: Stephen Baldwin and Kathy Griffin had to exchange
their answers through use of Direct Connect. Stephen was inside the
submarine while Kathy was in the graveyard. Both were using i90c's to
exchange answers through Direct Connect.

NYPD Blue: This is the most obvious show that has Dennis Franz utilizing
a Nextel i90c as a prop. Being a believer of "Hard-Time", his character
utilizes the i90c to the fullest extent to crack as many cases he can.

Las Vegas: A relatively new show, we see a security guy looking at the
monitors. When he spots a "rogue" customer, he then alerts one of his
cohorts with his trusty i95cl.

NASCAR: Let's not forget our redneck friends whom nextel is now the title
sponcer of the former winston cup series and you see Michael Waltrip and
D.W. using nextels on (then) Inside Winston Cup and also all the mentions
of nextel even before the final winston cup race

Amercian Chopper: Paul Sr. using a nextel to get business done (cheap nextel
plug)

and I'm sure that there are other shows and places that nextel phones are
used It's almost turning into a contest like Zippo ran a few years back
where if you found a movie or play or show with a zippo not on the list.
