Hi there, I'm new to this group and sorry if this is a newbie question

wonder if you could help me my 8250 is mostly okay apart from sometimes when
I go to talk after recieving a call, the person calling me can not hear me
talking, but I can hear them clearly, then at times it works fine, it seems
the microphone does not always work in my phone, I have a screwdriver set,
what might be the problem? and how can I fix this problem?
    In anticipation Thank you John
