Nokia 6310i re-dial for system busy?

On the 6310i there's a setting for busy redial, but wondered if it's
possible to initiate an auto redial for "system busy" as well? If
there is the setting's not immediately evident to me.

Attempting to make a call and when you hit <send> you'll immediately
get 3 short beeps and the phone will return to the number to call
screen. If you dial a number and the number is "engaged" it will
automatically re-dial the number called automatically for a period. I
was inquiring whether there's some setting to make the phone redial
when it encounters "system" busy rather than dialled number busy.
