3310 not ringing HELP

Hi
My father in law has a 3310 and it works in every way other than it does
not ring. I have been into every menu but can't get it to ring.

Very common prob on 3310/3330

just needs a small wire soldering:
details below. look at the picture toward the bottom right and you will see
the link wire needed.
