Hi,

Anyone know what the maximum connection speed that can be achieved
using Nokia 7210 GSM Dial up?

I seem to be getting 9.6kbps, and what is the minimum connection
speed required to connect to MSN

9.6kbps.

MSN will work at 9.6kbps. If you want faster, suggest you investigate GPRS.
